You will have your gatherings in the intimate surroundings of The Stables or the relaxed comfort of The Workshop. Accommodation is provided in The Old House, offering ten bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. 

All facilities have air-conditioning.

Hebron can accomodate up to 40 guests for retreats and family reunions, and 10 couples for marriage enrichment courses. Here God's people can be healed, restored, rested and equipped in tranquil surroundings. Delectable meals and all cutlery and crockery are provided, taking away the burden of having to worry about meal arrangements. 
 

RETREAT RATES 

01 March 2009 to 28 February 2010

Retreat facilities and accommodation from Friday afternoon (17h00) to Sunday afternoon (16h30) - maximum 40 persons:
The Stables - R 5800*.
The Workshop - R 7800*.
*Guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels. However, bedding can be provided at R100 per bed for the weekend (group bookings only).

Meals: From R205 (depending on the menu chosen) per guest for 5 meals for the weekend.

Day visitors who are part of the retreat are hosted by prior arrangement at R15 per visitor per day (Friday & Sunday) and R30-00 per visitor (Saterday) (exluding meals). Meals by arrangement. Day visitors are limited to the extend that the total number of guests (including day visitors) do not exceed 50 for The Stables and 80 for The Workshop.

 

Christian conferences & gatherings (week days)

The Stables and The Workshop are ideal for conferences of up to 160 delegates in theatre style. Quality conference furniture allows room layouts with various configurations.

CONFERENCE RATES

FULL DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE (INCLUDING LUNCH)
Rates are set on a sliding scale determined by the number of guests. For example, the rate for 6 guests is R227 per guest and for 26 and more guests it is R190 per guest.

HALF DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE (INCLUDING LUNCH)
Rates are set on a sliding scale determined by the number of guests. For example, the rate for 6 guests is R206 per guest and for 26 and more guests is R174 per guest.

 

Accommodation

Persons in full-time ministry

A room in The Old House is available at R100 for one night at a time on week days to preachers, pastors and other persons in full time ministry, provided that they are joined by their spous (subject to availability). A breakfast is served at R35 per guest.

Other

We offer a special rate for Christians who do not merely want to spend time in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, but really want to rest and seek God's face (subject to availability).

R250* per guest sharing per night.
R350* per guest single per night.
* R50 additional surcharge for reservations of 1 night only.

The rate is for accommodation only. You have access to a kitchen with a fridge/freezer and a small microwave.
