Facilities

Capturing an African Colonial style, the facilities at Hebron were developed around the existing buildings on the farm, some of which are estimated to be almost 100 years old.

The Workshop

The Workshop consists of the office/reception, air-conditioned lecture/function rooms, a kitchen, dining area and restrooms. Large windows and glass doors provide a breathtaking view over the gardens and pastures against the backdrop of a rocky hill. Downlighters, walllights and chandelleers create an atmosphere of natural simplicity and warmth.

The Stables

Originally built from raw clay bricks made on the farm, The Stables have been restored using some of the old brickwork and mangers as features in the interior finishing. Heavy stable doors from solid wood and reed ceilings complete the old time feel. The Stables consist of an air-conditioned lecture/function room (where the original Poplar beams cut on the farm have been retained) a small dining area, a kitchen and restrooms.

The Old House

The Old House consists of ten comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, some offering both a shower and a bath, whilst others feature only a shower. Each bathroom has a unique wash basin cabinet as its focal point. The rooms are decorated in soft colours to compliment the natural beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. All rooms have double glass doors leading onto the inviting verandah or directly onto the spreading lawns.

Scenery

The lawn in front of the facilities ends in a romantic canal bordered by beds of Arum lilies and Cannas and then leads into a peaceful pasture towards giant Willows and Poplars on the banks of a perennial stream. To frame the picture, a rocky hill forms the perfect backdrop to this tranquil haven.
